Maltese are a true companion breed, they are incredibly loving and affectionate dogs. They love nothing better than cuddling and getting attention and affection from their favorite human. These little dogs also thrive at being the center of attention.
A Maltese is a high maintenance breed, they need combed and brushed every day. They also need their eyes rinsed out and eye stains washed with stain remover every day.
This is where our Maltese journey begin with our first two Maltese. Gabbie and Gidget they were 10 weeks old when we pick them up from Ohio to bring them home. With their tiny little bodies at 2 lbs. I was so in love with them from the first time I saw them. To me it was like I had twins (two little girls). It didn’t take long for me to get to know them and for them to get to know me. With there being two it was hard to crate train them, potting training took a little bit longer with lots of patience and lots of treats but from there it was watching them play together with all their toys.
